At Baby Luv Boutique, we know that your privacy and security is of the utmost importance.  We want all of our clients to be able to shop with confidence knowing that any information you provide to us for the purpose of completing your order is handled in a safe and secure manner.  We will never sell or share your personal information with anyone and it will only be utilized by our Customer Service Department to process your order.

When completing payment for your order, you will use our payment merchant service, PayPal.  They offer “Secure Socket Layers” protection, with an encryption key length of 128 bits, the highest level commercially available.  This technology ensures your payment information is secure while being submitted online.  Any financial information used during payment of your order will not be seen by our staff.  To further shield your credit card numbers, PayPal does not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the Internet.

Personal and financial information is collected to complete the processing, payment and shipment of your order.  If there is any customer service follow up after your purchase that requires assistance from one of our suppliers, we will notify you in advance regarding contact and obtain your consent.  Baby Luv Boutique may contact our clients from time to time to provide information on our products and services.  If you do not wish to receive this information in the future, we will abide by your request and remove you from our information circular listing.

We have a Privacy Officer who can assist our clients with any privacy questions or concerns they may have.  Any client who wishes to confirm information held on file may do so at any time.  We will retain customer information for certain periods of time in order to assist in processing warranty claims on products offering warranty.  Questions regarding our Privacy Policy may be directed to the Privacy Officer via email at privacy@babyluvboutique.com or by phone at (306) 682-5746.
